This guarantee applies only to the Peptide Hair Regrowth Serum and the Regrowth Bundle. To qualify, we ask for one time-stamped photo each month showing product use. This ensures you gave the product an honest attempt. Most users see results by month three, but optimal results typically appear after six months or more.

General Return Policy

The 150-day money-back guarantee is limited to the Peptide Hair Regrowth Serum and the Regrowth Bundle. For all other products, we offer a standard 30-day return policy beginning on the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them, with proof of purchase included.

To initiate a return, email hello@maneup.org. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned. This includes digital products, gift cards, and custom orders.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card issuers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
