Restore Max — The Complete Hair Growth Stack is two products in one order: the topical serum and the daily capsules.
If you were expecting only the dropper bottle, or only the capsules, this explains what you have and how to change it.
What Restore Max includes
Every Restore Max order contains both:
- Restore — Copper Peptide Hair Growth Formula. The topical serum in the glass dropper bottle. You apply this to your scalp.
- Defend — Saw Palmetto Complex. The capsules you take by mouth. You may have seen these called the DHT blocker, the vitamins, or simply the pills — they are all the same product.
Whichever size you choose, you receive that many of each. So 2 Bottles means two serum bottles and two bottles of capsules; 3 Bottles means three of each.
Buying Restore Max is how you get both together. Restore and Defend are also sold separately.
Why your order says "Bottles" and not "capsules"
This is the part that catches people out, and it is our fault rather than yours.
Restore Max is sold with a quantity option labelled 1 Bottle, 2 Bottles, or 3 Bottles. That label is the only thing that appears on your order confirmation and on your packing slip. The capsules are not listed as a separate line, so nothing in your paperwork says the word "capsules" — even though they are part of what you bought and part of what you paid for.
So if capsules turned up that you were not expecting: you have not been sent someone else's order, and you have not been charged twice. They are the Defend half of the stack.
We know the labelling is confusing, and we are fixing it.
If you only wanted the serum
That is easily sorted.
If you have just ordered and it has not shipped yet, email hello@maneup.org with your order number, the same day if you can. Changing or cancelling an order after you've placed it explains the cutoff.

If it is a subscription, you can switch from Restore Max to Restore on its own from your account, or we can do it for you. Managing your subscription walks through it.
If your capsules are missing
If you ordered Restore Max and only the serum arrived, that is not right and we want to fix it. Email hello@maneup.org with your order number.
The capsules sometimes ship separately from the serum rather than in the same parcel, so it is worth waiting for a second tracking update before assuming they are lost. If they still have not arrived, tell us and we will find out exactly where yours are. You should not be paying for something you have not received.
