What the COA covers
Our manufacturer issues a Certificate of Analysis per production lot. It confirms:
Physicochemical properties — the batch meets specification for appearance, scent, and pH. Our pH specification is 5.1 to 5.7.
Microbiological safety — Total Plate Count and Yeast & Mould within limits, and negative results for Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus.
What it does not yet cover
Being straight with you: the manufacturer's COA does not currently include peptide concentration analysis, identity confirmation, purity by HPLC, or heavy metals screening.
We are in the process of commissioning independent third-party testing to cover concentration analysis. That work is underway but not finished, and we are not going to claim results we do not have in hand.
When those results are back, we will publish them.
Asking about a specific lot
Your bottle carries a lot code printed on the base. If you want the COA matched to your specific lot, include that code in your email and we will check it against our records.
If you want to test it yourself
Some customers prefer to send peptide products to their own lab. That is entirely reasonable, and we are happy to help with whatever information makes that easier.
