There is no membership fee, nothing expires, and there are no hidden conditions.

Joining
Root Rewards lives inside your Maneup account.
- Place an order using the email address you plan to use for your account. The two need to match for your credit to track.
- Create your Maneup account with that same email, if you do not already have one: https://maneuplabs.com/account
- Once signed in, click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the site, next to the search icon.
- On your account dashboard you will see a "My Root Rewards" section.
- Click "My Root Rewards" to open the full rewards dashboard.
Spending your credit
- Log in to your Maneup account and open Root Rewards.
- Your available store credit is shown at the top-left of the dashboard.
- Click "Create Discount Code".
- Apply that code at checkout.
You can redeem some of your balance or all of it — it is your call, and there is no minimum.
Referring someone
You earn $10 in store credit for each new customer who orders through your referral. There is no cap on how many people you can refer.
If you cannot see your rewards
The usual cause is an email mismatch: the address on your order is different from the one on your Maneup account.
Check that you are signed in with the same email address you used when you placed your order. If they do not match, or your credit still is not showing, email hello@maneup.org with the email address you ordered under and we will get it linked up for you.
