Two different things
It is worth knowing which one applies to you:
- The 150-Day Money-Back Guarantee covers Restore — Copper Peptide Hair Growth Formula and Restore Max — The Complete Hair Growth Stack. It is about results, not condition, and has its own process.
- Everything else falls under our standard 30-day return policy, described below.
Standard 30-day returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Items need to be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition you received them
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please do not post anything back before contacting us. Returns that arrive without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.
Starting a return
- Email hello@maneup.org with your order number and what you would like to return.
- Once approved, we email you a prepaid return label along with instructions.
- Post the parcel using that label.
- Once it reaches our warehouse, we process your refund.
If the label does not arrive, check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders. Return labels are frequently filtered there. If it is not in any of them, reply on your existing email thread and we will resend it.
If your order has already shipped
If you have changed your mind after an order is on its way, you have two options:
- Refuse the delivery. If you can decline the parcel at the door, it comes back to us automatically and we refund once it arrives.
- Return it unopened. If it is left in a mailbox or with a neighbour and refusing is not possible, contact us and we will arrange the return.
Exchanges
The fastest route is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
What cannot be returned
Digital products, gift cards, and custom orders.
If your order was shipped to the European Union
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to give a justification. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
