What the guarantee covers
The 150-day guarantee applies to Restore — Copper Peptide Hair Growth Formula and to Restore Max — The Complete Hair Growth Stack.
Other products are covered by our standard 30-day return policy instead.
Why 150 days
Hair grows slowly, and the honest answer is that a shorter window would not tell you anything useful.
Most people begin noticing changes around month three. Reduced shedding usually comes first, with visible regrowth building later. Optimal results typically appear after six months or more. The 150-day window exists so you have genuinely given the treatment a fair run before deciding.
What we ask for
Photos. Ideally one time-stamped photo each month showing your progress, plus a before-and-after if you have them. This is how we see how things have gone.
A few questions, so we understand how you used it:
- How often did you use the serum?
- How long in total did you use our products?
- Did you use it alongside any other hair or scalp treatments?
- How many bottles have you used?
- What was your start date?
If your photos are incomplete
This is the part worth reading.
We understand that most people do not start a treatment thinking to photograph their scalp every month. If you are missing a month, or your photos do not have visible timestamps, send us whatever you do have. We will review it alongside your order history.
Your purchase record is strong evidence in its own right. If you have been buying and using Maneup across 150 days, that tells us what we need to know.
Missing photos will not automatically disqualify you.
How we review it
A member of our team reviews each claim. We are checking one thing: that you genuinely used the product across the 150 days, rather than ordering once and asking for the money back.
We are not looking for reasons to say no. In practice we approve the overwhelming majority of claims we receive.
Please allow up to 72 hours for the review. We will come back to you either way.
If your claim is approved
We will confirm the total you paid for the eligible orders, then issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval, though your bank may take a little longer to post it.

If you are not seeing results but have not reached day 150 yet, get in touch anyway. We can pause or cancel your subscription so you are not charged again while you finish the window, and your eligibility stays intact.
